Note:  

Ø Registration costs will cover entry to the conference venue, conference materials, daily lunch and tea/coffee, a welcome reception, and conference banquet. The registration fee for the accompanying person includes daily lunch and tea/coffee and a welcome reception, and conference banquet.

Ø Each attendee, as well as accompanying persons, must register separately. Every participant needs to transfer registration fees separately.

Ø Tianjin Nankai Wei Ye Exhibition Service Center was entrusted to charge registration fees and sponsorship fees, and to issue invoices or receipts.（本次会议委托天津市南开区炜烨世纪会展服务中心代为收取会议费用款项，并出具会议费发票。）

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation will be subjected to the following conditions:

Requests before or on June 1st, 2024: Full refund of the registration fee (Handling fee charged by the bank will be paid by the participant).

Requests after June 1st, 2024: Refund is not possible.
